The Council Budget Adjustment

The House of Representatives passed the SB 0790 bill on September 23 awaiting for the governors approval signature. On October 6 the bill was sent to the governor and the following say he approved the bill. The summary of the SB 0790 is that the funds of Illinois are contributing amounts of money to the governors office totaling 200 million dollars. There was a time period to appeal the SB 0790 before the Fund Council at the public hearings. The appeals dates were scheduled for October 28 and 29.
